Conserved in 2004, the Flag Hill Winery and Distillery is adjacent to the Lamprey and North Rivers in Lee and Epping. The 106-acre working farm is a vibrant agricultural enterprise, growing grapes, hay and other products, and producing New Hampshire made wine and apple vodka. It also includes important wildlife habitat and allows for limited public access for outdoor recreation.
Funding to conserve Flag Hill Winery was secured from the US Farm and Ranchland Protection Program, NH's Land and Community Heritage Investment Program (LCHIP), the Lamprey River Advisory Committee, the Town of Lee, and private donors.
